Compared to similar products I would recommend this one on several notes. Firstly, is that it is not mixed with other ingredients that you may or may not want in your daily regimen. Secondly, the size of the pills is decent, and they are easy enough to swallow. I take them in the evening with some hot tea and they do not have any noticeable flavor to detract from that experience. Thirdly is that, after a bit of research, the amount of the main ingredient is as much or more than most others, so you are getting a good value as well. While I have only had these for a short time, and thus cannot attest to their effectiveness, if their intended result is a concern for you then reading these reviews alone is a step in the right direction!

Not sure what to say about these since it is hard to tell if they do what they are supposed to in such a short amount of time but I can at least say that they are easy to take and don't have a foul odor or flavor to them. I started having really bad allergies and headaches from the weather changes right around a week into taking these which unfortunately infringed on the testing but stopped taking them to give it a more fair assessment once my allergies die down. So I will come back and update this once I have that opportunity.

I appreciate that the Nutritional Roots Lions Mane and Resveratrol are double-sealed for tamper resistance. The labeling is clear and easy to understand, giving information about the product, suggested use, supplement facts, and other miscellaneous details. The label says, "made with ingredients sourced from plants and fungi of the Appalachian Mountains," but I don't see anything about it being manufactured in the USA. The capsules all appear to be the same color and filled with the same amount. The capsules are about the length of a quarter, but with plenty of water, they are easy to swallow. This may be one to try if you're looking for a Lion's Mane and resveratrol combination.

I've been taking a different brand of resveratrol for a couple of months so I'm interested to see if the addition of lion's mane changes things. I've noticed that mushroom supplements are becoming more and more popular and various species are being added to all kinds of things.
These capsules are of average size and easy to swallow. They don't have a discernable smell or taste and were not irritating to my stomach.
Here are some things I look for in my supplements - web presence outside of Amazon, made in the USA, 3rd party tested. This supplement seems to check all of those boxes and the price ($35/bottle) seems to be in line with comparable products.

It's hard to judge the effectiveness of a supplement because I think everyone reacts differently to them so this is my experience taking these. I have been taking Lions Mane for about 6 months using a different brand and it was fine. I found my mental acuity to be a bit better. I switched to these and have found that even in the short time I've taken them, I feel a bit sharper than I was. Not to say this is a miracle supplement and again I was taking it before, but I feel just a bit more "dialed in" than I was so I'm taking that as a positive. I think compared to the market, these are priced well and they are working so to me these are win. Definitely worth the investment.

I've felt foggy dealing with some stress at work so I was looking for Lion's Mane when I found this mix.. I hadn't seen Lion's Mane and Resveratrol together before, so I grabbed it. So far I think I'm noticing a difference on the mental tip and it seems like the stress is a little lower too.. Resveratrol does a ton of good stuff for the body so I'm glad to get it onboard for a cycle once or twice a year. Now I'm getting a full course of both Lion's Mane and Resveratrol in one supplement, so that's very convenient!

This is a combination of two beneficial supplements, Lion's Mane and Resveratrol. I like that the Lion's Mane is a dual extract derived from both the fruiting body and mycelium of the mushroom in contrast to most supplements made only from the fruiting bodies.
The Resveratrol is described on the label as being sourced from "Kudzu, Polygonum cuspidatum (aka Japanese Knotweed)", but these are actually two different plants (both invasive). Kudzu is Pueraria montana and Japanese Knotweed is Polygonum cuspidatum. Regardless of which plant it's sourced from, it's a great combination supplement and is 3rd party tested to assure purity and quality.

Lions mane has been getting a lot of attention in health circles as being terrific for brain health.

This seems like a quality product.

They do not include any junk/weird additives. And they say they use a third party to test the product at an ISO-accredited lab-- these are pluses in my opinion.

I'm going to need to use it for a bit of time and then come back and update as to how it worked for me on a day-to-day basis.
