Love all the extra B vitamins in this multi blend and also the organic herbs. I rarely take a full dose of anything because I'm kind of sensitive in that way, but even taking half (one capsule) seems to have good effect. No stomach upset or fatigue which I sometimes feel from other vitamins and supplements, which means it won't end up in the trash so very happy that I gave this one a try!

This blend has the usual vitamins you'd expect, but also some ingredients tailored to menopausal women, such as black cohosh, primrose oil, Dong quai, and probiotics. A surprising ingredient is DHEA (25 mg per serving). This might be good for bone density. The capsules are uniform in color, easy to swallow and do not have an aftertaste. I look forward to feeling the benefits.
