You know how you can take some vitamins for a month and not notice a difference? Well these don't fall in that category. I can feel the difference on these vitamins versus others. The mix of vitamins and minerals is superb and the sheer volume of B12 in these is insane.

And not only are the vitamins excellent, each bottle contains a month and half's supply.

I've taken a multivitamin almost my entire life and I don't necessarily adhere to one specific brand. This is the first one I've taken that is plant-based. This was an attractive option. The price is higher than what I would normally pay (but like most organic products, they are always more expensive). These capsules are medium-sized and green in color. They are easy to take and I've noticed no after effects.

We should be getting all of our vitamins and minerals from the foods we eat however this does not happen most the time. However with this product you can help supplement some of your nutritional needs. I like the fact that this is actually made from whole plant based foods. That’s a huge plus for me. You get 100% or more of lots of your major vitamins in this one product as well as probiotics. Seems to be quality made as far as I can tell, but that’s really hard to evaluate. Easy to swallow capsules. I have not noticed any negative side effects while on this product but have noticed that my energy level may be picking up just a little bit. Seems like a great product. Recommended.

These are the best vitamins I have ever taken, raw whole food, organic-non- gmo, vegan. They are a powerhouse of nutrition and prebiotics. I’ve been taking these for almost two months and can feel a difference in my energy levels and overall feeling of wellness. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, they do have a bit of green taste but that quickly goes away. I’ve experienced no stomach upset after taking these.

I think taking a multivitamin each day is a wise idea to help cover your bases and prevent potential nutrient deficiencies. This Whole-Food Multivitamin from Nutritional Roots appealed to me thanks to its high quality components. Rather than using the cheapest ingredients, this product uses superior forms such as methylated folate and B12, vitamin K as MK-7, vitamin C from organic sources, and more. I also like the added boost from the organic food blend, as well as immune support, omega 3s, and probiotic. I also like how the capsule has no fillers. My only complaints are that this vitamin only provides 50% of the daily value of vitamin D which is quite low, it is missing magnesium, and the "immune support" blend and Omega 3 dosages are 28mg and 25mg respectively which is basically useless. But overall, it is still a quality product and works fine if you plan on supplementing with extra Vitamin D, magnesium, and Omega 3s on your own.

I loved the price and formula for this vitamin. It's hard to find a whole food multi for less than $30, and based on my recent blood work, this provides a boost of all the vitamins I've been lacking lately. I've shared this with friends battling colds and even brought it to a wedding to help friends recover from the celebration. So far, everyone was blown away with how this boosted their energy and helped them recover.

An unexpected (but delightful) surprise: when I opened the bottle, I was shocked by the smell. It smells like a salad. And the little capsules have green tint from all the herbs and vegetables in there. It's the first multi I've ever had that smells, looks and feels like real food.

This is a very robust supplement. When looking through, you'll realize that it is high quality and easily worth the cost (about $35 at the time of this writing). In addition to the a whole slew of vitamins, you also get probiotics, a little bit of Omega 3 (not enough to stop using a supplement, but it's there), immune support blend (in addition to Zinc, Vitamin C, and Vitamin D3), and a variety blend that includes greens, apple cider vinegar, and other things.

I'm a big fan of multivitamins like this. It doesn't replace all supplements. As mentioned, if you take Omega 3, there isn't enough here to replace it. If you take immune support, while this one helps, you may wish to keep taking it. Keep in mind, you should always consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplement regimen.
