So a cold has run rampant through my house, but I haven't gotten it. The only difference I've noticed between my regimen and everyone else's is this supplement.
I know that both turmeric (especially when paired with black pepper and/or good quality fats) and frankincense have a whole host of health benefits, so these have been a welcome addition to my routine. I'd certainly buy these in the future.

These are a pretty good Turmeric supplement. The capsules are smooth to swallow and have no flavor. They work well to *support* my joint health. I am happy with them.

I have been taking turmeric curcumin for several years for back pain due. to a work injury where I herniated several discs. I am a firm believer in holistic care and I'm doing what I can to avoid surgery. This is the first time I'm taking one with frankincense. You do smell the turmeric when you open the bottle. But these are easy to swallow, no bad after taste and no upset stomach. As get as I can tell, these are a quality supplement. If I forget to take my turmeric daily or switch to an inferior quality, I can tell because the pain comes back fairly quickly. That has not happened with these.

These smell strongly of turmeric if you smell the bottle. But it has absolutely no taste whatsoever. The coating makes them nice and slippery and they go down very easily. I take turmeric supplements on a daily basis as well as cook with turmeric as much as possible...This is the first time though that I have taken frankincense internally. I usually use frankincense as a diffuser oil. I believe it is in some rollerball applications that I have too. But this is the first time that I am taking it internally. I cannot speak to the effectiveness of that because I have had no adverse reaction at least. So overall this is a very nice supplement.

Great blend! I have been taking turmeric for years and just started taking Boswellia within the last couple months, so I thought this product would be perfect since it has both in one! They both have amazing benefits! These are standard sized capsules, so they are easy for me to swallow, and they have no noticeable aftertaste. I love that this product has no additives/ fillers. I take one in the morning with other supplements and the second one at night with my second dose of supplements!
